Complete change of plans I am going to dis-assemble this sim and build a smaller more agile car sim I discovered some free motion software which interfaces with FS9, live for speed, Nascar and many more.
The webpage is in German but there are some pages in English and there are translation pages on the net. This software has washout and positional feedback built in. I have got Live for speed working through it and had a play with FS9 as well in about 10 minutes I was able to configure it to my sim and got correct movement with no time lag. I fully endorse this program for the motion minded people out there!
