William Burchell has been in Mt Eden Prison since early June 2011, he was given 11 months.
I can't give any more information due to 'court orders'.
He received a beating during the week of 15/08/11.
I can only guess his mouth was the instigator.
If the Burchell's have approached you about business deals, or otherwise, please make contact.
Burchell is trying to Pedal some sort of 'Motor' run by Magnets.
This is another CON, it does not work, it can't work. Be Warned!
The Burchell's are recipients of Social Welfare. They are always trying to make a 'Quick Buck'.

Church's and similar organisations are prime targets for Llewellyn William Burchell. Especially, 'Fund Raising Committees' and 'Finance Commitees'.

A 'portion' of Associate Judge Bell, Auckland High Court, 23rd July 2010, 'Minutes' re 'Defamation Claims' against 13 Individuals and Organisations, laid by The Burchell's.
"(8) I am concerned that this wave of litigation by the Burchells is being pursued vexatiously. In my judgment, measures are required to ensure that the Burchells' proceedings are conducted properly and are not calculated to harass other members of the community. Ordinarily, citizens have a right of access to the courts to bring claims they wish to make against other people. The courts respect that right. But in the case of the Burchells, some controls need to be put in place to avoid vexatious litigation.
(9) That can be achieved by ensuring that the Burchells take legal advice about the proceeding, so as to ensure that the proceeding is conducted in accordance with the rules of this Court and is properly arguable. I give these directions:
(a) The present proceeding is stayed, subject to the following condition:
The plaintiff may not file any further documents except an application for review of this order or pleadings which are accompanied by a certificate from a lawyer, certifying:
i.. that the lawyer has at least five years' litigation experience.
ii. that the lawyer has made proper and diligent inquiry into the matters raised by Mr Burchell and the lawyer is satisfied that the claims made by Mr Burchell in the proposed pleading are properly arguable;
iii that the proposed pleading complies with the High Court Rules.
In the meantime, the defendant is not required to take any steps in the proceeding, pending further order of this Court."
As The Burchell's are recipients of the 'unemployment benefit' they are extended the privilege of having Court Fees 'WAIVED'. They have taken the abuse of this privilege to 'new heights'. L W Burchell has been given over $40,000 'Legal Aid' in the past. He has abused this privilege too.
